A single-binary local memory server that shares SQLite-backed memory across supported AI tools through MCP, hooks, CLI, and HTTP.

Potential use: People using several supported AI tools who want them to share one local memory database and can tolerate a pre-1.0 interface.

Limitations: Stable production use: ICM is experimental, pre-1.0, may break in minor releases, and has best-effort maintenance.
